It looks as if there could be further cancelled Steam Packet sailings tomorrow (Thursday).
This evening's service to Heysham is going ahead as scheduled, as is the return crossing at 2.15am tomorrow.
However, with conditions set to deteriorate, with winds gusting to severe gale force ten later in the morning, the 8.45 sailing from Douglas and the 2.15pm return are in doubt.
The Steam Packet's website says both those crossings could be be subject to disruption or cancellation, and it will confirm the position at 7am.
