A 62-year-old man who breached a Sexual Offender's Order by going to a church, because he knew children would be there, has been remanded in custody.
The offence was admitted by Anthony William Gray, of North Shore Road in Ramsey, when he appeared before magistrates.
Gray went to the town's police station on Sunday and told officers he had been breaching the order, which was made last year.
He admitted going to services at the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Douglas because he knew children would be present, which gave him sexual gratification.
Gray's advocate asked for reports and said there was no bail application.
He will appear for sentence on June 8.
