Health minister issues update
A property has been chosen as the Isle of Man's new Sexual Assault Referral Centre, according to the Department of Health and Social Care.
The update was revealed in writing today, following a Tynwald question from Tanya August-Hanson MLC.
Health Minister David Ashford says, "a project plan is currently being drawn up, to include development of the property to meet forensic standards."
The next step is to secure, "an appropriate workforce to deliver the forensic examinations and support required."
