Milestone to be marked this evening
There's another chance to share memories of the former Douglas High School tonight (Thursday).
From 7pm at what's now the upper school of St Ninian's, there'll be a talk by historian Peter Kelly and former head teacher Andy Fox to mark the 90th anniversary of the site.
Friends of the school, first built in 1927, are encouraging those attending to bring along any memorabilia and discuss their memories of school life.
A tour will also be given of some of the historic parts of the site.
Organisers are advising you to contact the school first if you'd like to attend, on either 648800 or 648900.
