Staff at Manx Telecom are being given the chance to own shares in the company.
It’s part of the package put forward after MT changed hands, in a deal worth £158.5 million pounds.
Manx Telecom's new owners are communications company CPS Partners and private equity investor, HgCapital,
MT managing director Chris Hall says having a stake in the business would give any employee a little extra involvement:
