But Propertyprices.im shows average sale price higher than May
The number of property transactions last month fell sharply compared with May according to figures published on the propertyprices.im website.
The June figure of £29.5 million was around £16 million lower than the month prior.
However the average sale price of £335,000 was nearly £2,000 higher than the figure for May.
Propertyprices.im says the information is accessed directly from the Isle of Man Government's Land Registry and is refreshed monthly.
