'What's going on with retail?' asks Strand Street store
A clothing store in Douglas is asking people on the Island to fill out a questionnaire to help it understand 'what's going on in terms of retail'.
The Boredroom, based on Strand Street, says it's getting harder to keep the doors open, especially in light of increasing costs.
A post on social media read: 'it's increasingly feeling like we're climbing a steep hill that is only getting higher the further we go up.'
Owner Laurence Crookall told Manx Radio they didn't want to be another Manx business announcing their closure:
