Store hopes to provide less stressful shopping for those over 70
Shoprite is opening its doors to the Island's senior citizens.
The store is providing set hours just for those over 70 with hopes of offering a less stressful shopping experience.
It's applicable from 8am-9am on a Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at the following Shoprite stores:
Little Switzerland, Douglas
Bridson Street, Port Erin
Bowring Road, Ramsey
Derby Road, Peel
The Village Walk, Onchan
The company is asking other customers to respect the request, to allow everyone access to what they need.
