
A leading scientist believes the Isle of Man should open cannabis coffee shops.
Professor David Nutt, speaking last night at an event arranged by the Positive Action Group and Isle of Man Freethinkers, told 200 audience members about his views on drugs policy.
The special guest was an advisor to the UK government on drugs policy before he was sacked over a clash with politicians about prohibition in 2009.
