Sunday afternoon schedule updated, but roads closing on time
TT organisers have confirmed the course will close as scheduled today, but changes have been made to the running order for this afternoon's qualifying session.
The Mountain Road will close from midday, with the rest of the course shutting at 12.45pm.
However, the programme will now begin with a two-lap sidecar qualifying, followed by solo classes and the TT Zero machines.
Further delays have been announced, meaning the action is now due to get underway at 3pm.
As a result of the delays, the Supersport / Lightweight session has been cancelled
The roads are due to open from 5.30pm, with the Mountain Road opening at 6.30pm.
Clerk of the Course Gary Thompson has consulted with the Met Office at Ronaldsway, confirming conditions are expected to improve throughout the day.
Full schedule:
15.00: Sidecar qualifying (two laps)
15.40: Superbike / Superstock / Supersport qualifying
16.55: TT Zero qualifying
17.30: Roads open except Mountain section
