
The economic development minister has refused to disclose the value of remaining TT commercial contracts secured through Signature Sponsorship Limited.
John Shimmin was asked for the details by John Houghton in Tynwald questions.
It was revealed at a recent Public Accounts Committee hearing the deal with Signature went ahead despite the fact there was no tender process, no formal contract was ever signed and it cost a sum of over £1.6 million before the agreement was terminated in 2009.
Mr Houghton asked why deals secured through it were still being honoured, if no contract had ever been signed, and what the value of them was.
