Nine Ben-my-Chree journeys affected
Silt levels in Heysham harbour will affect nine Ben-my-Chree sailings between this Sunday and Thursday next week.
The Steam Packet says the latest dredging survey of the harbour there shows increased silting in some areas of it, perhaps exacerbated by the recent poor weather.
Passengers who are affected are being called by the Packet's reservations team.
The full list is as follows:
Sunday, 30 December: the 7.45pm Douglas to Heysham sailing will leave at 7pm.
Monday, 31 December: 8.45am Dou-Hey will leave at 8am.
New Year's Day: 8.45am Dou-Hey will leave at 7.30am.
2.15pm Hey-Dou will leave at 12.30pm.
7.45pm Dou-Hey will leave at 7pm.
Wednesday, 2 January: 1.30am Hey-Dou will leave at 12.50am.
8.45am Dou-Hey will leave at 8am.
2.15pm Hey-Dou will leave at 1.20pm.
Thursday, 3 January: 2.15am Hey-Dou will leave at 1.30am.
