Silver spirit gets new home back on-Island
Sir Norman Wisdom's Rolls Royce has been returned home to the Island.
At a low-key presentation in Jurby yesterday (21 June), the 1985 Silver Spirit was handed over to the Isle of Man Motor Museum.
The car, which has spent the last 12 years on Irish roads, still remains registered to the late comedian and has been reinstated with its Manx plates.
Once both the battery and fuel have been removed for safety reasons, 'NMN 17' will take centre stage in the museum's reception.
