Amateur dramatics in the Isle of Man has lost a great champion in Sir Norman Wisdom.
So says the chairman of the Manx Amateur Drama Federation, Michael Lees.
Ninety-five-year-old Sir Norman passed away yesterday evening (Monday) in the Ballasalla nursing home where he had lived since 2007.
Mr Lees says he loved the Island's theatre and all the groups which performed in it:
