Amateur dramatics in the Isle of Man has lost a great champion in Sir Norman Wisdom.
So says the chairman of the Manx Amateur Drama Federation, Michael Lees.
Ninety-five-year-old Sir Norman passed away yesterday evening (Monday) in the Ballasalla nursing home where he had lived since 2007.
Mr Lees says he loved the Island's theatre and all the groups which performed in it:

Crash which closed the Mountain Road ahead of racing 'not too serious'
TT campers in 'high spirits' despite rain affecting race week
Influencers told 'get your facts right' about Island's speed limits
Increase in number of patients transferred to UK
