Six people were arrested last night (Friday) for drink driving.
The arrests took place all around the Island.
Five of those stopped remained in police custody.
Police say the arrests were made as part of their Christmas drink drive campaign and are again warning motorists not to drink and drive.
They say those who do will be caught and face harsh penalties.
