64-year-old pleads guilty to breaking quarantine
A man in his sixties has been sentenced to six weeks in custody for failing to self isolate.
According to police, the 64-year-old appeared in court and pleaded guilty to the charge.
Officers have used this example alongside a plea for people to follow the rules as "the best defence [the Island has] against the Covid virus".
Anyone with concerns that someone isn't self isolating who is supposed to, is asked to call police on 686262.
