Ørsted's hoping to install 87 wind turbines off the east coast of the Island
Students at Ramsey Grammar School say they support plans for an offshore wind farm off the coast of the Isle of Man.
The Mooir Vannin project by Ørsted, if it goes ahead, would see 87 turbines installed in the waters off Maughold, Laxey and Onchan.
The plans have been controversial, with some residents concerned they could 'ruin the view' while predominantly generating energy for other jurisdictions.
But Jemima and Katie, who are sixth formers at RGS, believe action needs to be taken to protect the environment:
