A Manx resident has been named Regional Slimmer of the Year, after losing over nine stone in twelve months.
Rosemarie Palmer, from Port St. Mary, received the award from the Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Magazine.
Rosemarie slimmed from a size 26 to size twelve, losing 135lbs.
She decided to shed the weight when she got engaged because she didn't fancy wearing such a large wedding dress!
