Last day of Self-care week
The Island's Director of Public Health believes small lifestyle changes can have a big impact on a person's health.
Public Health Isle of Man has been sharing advice during Self-Care Week, which ends today (Sun 18).
The week has been used to encourage people to take charge of their own wellbeing.
It's hoped greater focus on self care will reduce the demand on the Island's healthcare service.
