Rate remains static, though
There was a small drop in the Island's unemployment figure last month.
The number of people registered as out work stood at 325, six fewer than September and eleven fewer than October last year.
That means the unemployment rate remained steady at 0.8% of the economically active population.
It's the lowest October figure since 2002.
The sectors with the highest number of vacancies were catering and entertainment (111) and retail distribution (77).
