There’s a second chance to see some of snooker’s all-time greats on the Island later this month.
Jimmy White and Stephen Hendry were due to play an exhibition match at the Mount Murray Hotel and Country Club last month – but airport delays because of the Olympics meant it had to be postponed.
The pair will now face each other on Friday, August 31 starting at 8pm, compered by John Virgo.
Organiser Neal Clague says his family’s long involvement in snooker means he knows the players well. If you’d like tickets for the match, you can contact Neal on 201717
