
Due to snow, the Mountain Road, Shoulder Road and Sloc are now closed.
In Laxey, the Promenade and Tent Road have been re-opened to traffic and pedestrians.
Other road closures around the Island remain in place for the time being.
These include Castletown Promenade and part of Douglas prom between Broadway and Port Jack in Douglas, and parts of Ramsey's proms.
Police officers are monitoring the situation and roads will be reopened on a phased basis as the conditions improve.
Some roads may stay closed for a longer period to allow the clear-up operation to take place.
