A forecaster at Ronaldsway Met Office is predicting a second yellow weather warning for sleet and snow later today (18 November).

However, David Britton told Manx Radio they're forecasting outbreaks of rain or sleet developing mid to late afternoon as well as snow for areas above 1000 feet:
