Yellow weather warning extended
Heavy snow has forced the closure of the Mountain Road again.
Police shut it at around 11pm last night (2 March).
They’ve asked motorists to avoid the area.
A yellow weather warning for ice and further hill snow was extended yesterday – it now runs until 10am today (3 March).
Ronaldsway Met Office says little change to temperatures over high ground means there is an ongoing risk of ice.
