Full inspection due to take place in October
The health minister hopes some of the issues raised following a report into the Emergency Department will be fixed by the time the next inspection takes place.
The Care Quality Commission found a toxic culture and procedural failings, at Noble's Hospital, leading to safety issues during a four-day pilot inspection in June.

Inspectors are due to carry out a full inspection of the department next month.
