Repairs carried out after landslips
The pedestrian walkway from the Sound to the Marine Biological Station in Port Erin has reopened, according to the Department of Infrastructure.
The section of the Raad ny Foillan has been closed for some time following two landslips close to the Port Erin end, which were considered dangerous.
That route was expected to be shut until the end of May, but it was then extended as work continued.
Having completed work to make the steps safe, the Public Right of Way 253 has now been declared fit for use once more.
