Organisers of a long running music project are appealing for help to expand its reach over the next few months.
Soundcheck has been offering young musicians in the Isle of Man a space to rehearse and receive tuition for 16 years.
The Youth Service holds weekly music sessions in Douglas, Castletown and Peel, and there are plans to open in Ramsey and Laxey.
It also regularly holds gigs at the Villa Marina, but now wants to branch out to even more venues across the Island.
Youth worker Paul Cooper says more support is needed to put on Island-wide gigs (play audio file):
Anybody who has a venue which could be used by Soundcheck for future gigs, or any spare musical equipment to donate, is asked to ring Dave Hattersley on 458301.
