This evening's Southern 100 1100cc practice session has been stopped due to a red flag.

Officials say they are currently 'dealing with a serious incident that is being assessed'.

UPDATE: 9pm - Tonight’s qualifying and race have officially been cancelled.

The road will remain closed between Castletown Corner and Ballakeighan, the remainder of the course is now open.
