Residents in the south of the Island are being invited to comment on plans for future development in their towns, villages and countryside.
A first step's been taken in the creation of a Southern Area plan - the first in a new generation of plans which will eventually cover the whole Island.
Its first report 'Issues and Options' has just been published.
500 local residents put their views forward on topics from housing, transport and business to tourism and sport.
Previously, towns created their own plans.
