Three month closure for commercial operators
The Southern Recycling Centre has been closed to commercial operators for three months due to health and safety concerns.
The board who manage the site has issued a temporary suspension on all commercial operations there, claiming it had to take action to ensure the centre was safe for users.
It's apologised for the inconvenience caused.
Commercial green waste will continue to be accepted, but soil and garden rubble can no longer be deposited - domestic users will be unaffected.
