Jabs will be administered at CRHS
Teenagers in the south of the Island are being encouraged to have a Covid-19 vaccination this weekend.
A vaccine clinic is being held at Castle Rushen High School on Sunday (5 September) for 16 and 17 year olds.
Those that register with 111 can receive the Pfizer vaccine between 10am and 12pm.
A clinic is also being held at QEII in Peel on Thursday.
'Healthy' teenagers will be offered one dose of the Pfizer vaccine as advised by the JCVI.
Those who live with someone who is immunosupressed, are considered clinically extremely vulnerable, or who have underlying health conditions will be offered two doses.
Seventeen year olds, within three months of turning 18, will also receive two doses.
