Support for residents from three GP practices
Integrated community care will be provided in the south of the Island at a new 'wellbeing partnership'.
That's the message from Manx Care which officially opened the hub in Port Erin this week.
It will provide care for residents living within the catchment area of three GP practices in the south and is based at Thie Rosien.
Further partnerships are currently in development for the north and east of the Island.
