It's Burns Night tonight (Wednesday), and Scots in the Isle of Man are preparing to mark the occasion with haggis and whiskey.
Events around the Island over the next few days will see the traditional toasts made, and poems by Rabbie Burns read at celebratory meals.
One well-known Scot who will celebrate the poet and his life is Speaker of the House of Keys Steve Rodan.
