Juan Watterson MHK is tabling a motion on the issue next month
A bid to ensure that all freedom of information request responses are routinely published is to be made at the June sitting of Tynwald.
Speaker of the House of Keys, MHK for Rushen, Juan Watterson, has tabled a motion on the subject.
He's asking the Court to support the view that all FoI responses should be published unless there are good reasons for not doing so, in which case those reasons should be made public:
