Move follows complaints from locals
The Roads Policing Unit says it's stepping up patrols on a stretch of road in Ballasalla.
It follows complaints from locals about vehicles breaking the 20mph limit on the section of road which runs from the village's newsagents to Rushen Abbey.
The RPU says officers will be out regularly in the area to carry out speed enforcement.
