A team of Manx students need financial support in order to compete at the International Linguistics Olympiad this summer.
The four Manx sixth formers qualified for the event in Beijing, China, after winning the local heat.
The trip will cost over £7000, and the Isle of Man team is looking for sponsorship from either one generous supporter or various smaller donors to cover their travel.
This is the second time the Island has qualified for the Linguistics Olympiad, and the 2014 team speak 11 languages between them.
If you are interested in finding out more about sponsorship, contact Bob Teare at manxjp@gmail.com or on 225326.
