MHK is a 'big fan' of CONIFA
East Douglas MHK Chris Robertshaw says he's a 'big fan' of the Confederation of Independent Football Associations (CONIFA).
The Manx International Football Alliance is a member, and plays in competitions as Ellan Vannin.
The next tournament is the European Football Cup in Northern Cyprus in June.
Mr Robertshaw spoke about CONIFA at the March special sitting of the House of Keys in Castletown, and attended the CONIFA AGM in Geneva.
He says the opportunities for the Island from this relationship are 'huge' and 'much more than just football'.
