Allegation dates to December last year
A St Johns man has appeared in court over charges of causing serious bodily harm by dangerous driving and possessing drugs.
Lewis Shaw Tumelty, of Balladoyne Estate, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
Both allegations date to 12 December last year and no pleas have yet been entered.
He was bailed and will next appear on 23 September.
