Rachel Smith nominated by 'The Gender Equality Collective'
A local secondary school teacher has been recognised for giving students new ways of learning - at a UK awards.
Rachel Smith teaches French, Spanish and German at St Ninian's High School, and was named as one of the top 50 people who has helped shape education through technology.
The title was announced at the Education Organisation Awards in London.
Mrs Smith was nominated by organisation, The Gender Equality Collective, before being shortlisted for the title.
She says "it's an honour" to be acknowledged for her work:
