
People who work in the Isle of Man's health services are 'looking forward' to changes brought about by the department's vision for the next ten years, according to the director of public health.
Dr Parameswaran Kishore says the recently published strategy document won't lead to a radical transformation overnight, but there will be welcome changes for staff.
One of the main aims is for more care provision in the community rather than hospitals.
