Hooper says hospital remains guarded against Covid
The staffing situation at Noble's Hospital is improving after disruption over winter.
The health minister also insists it remains guarded against any threat from Covid-19 should the situation change.
Personnel numbers there were heavily hit during December and January as Omicron cases increased.
