UK problem affects Douglas store
One of the Island's leading supermarkets says it could be almost a fortnight before stock levels return to normal.
In the past few days Tesco, on Lake Road in Douglas, has seen a shortage of items - including fresh produce - on its shelves.
The situation is being blamed on a lack of available lorry drivers in the UK to transfer goods to distribution centres.
Duty manager Karl Clegg says despite this food is still arriving on a daily basis:
