Social Care Minister Chris Robertshaw says most people won't notice changes to benefits his department is bringing in.
Family Income Supplement and the Disability Working Allowance are being merged to create a new benefit called the Employed Persons' Allowance.
But there are no changes to benefit levels, so people won't be receiving less.
Mr Robertshaw says it's about streamlining a cumbersome system:

Plantation wood, telegraph poles and Satnav to be discussed in the House of Keys
Immigration changes designed to stop exploitation by 'bad eggs'
Contingency budget for horse tram tracks 'significantly increased'
