Crime down by 15 per cent
Chief Constable Gary Roberts has praised his team in his annual report for reducing crime by 15 per cent.
He believes his officers have performed superbly despite the challenges of reduced manpower and a smaller budget.
However, Gary Roberts says smaller resources do lead to choices having to be made and priority being given to certain offences:-
