Friday's post will be flown to UK on Monday
Post due to leave the Island on Friday won't be flown to the UK until Monday after weather conditions prevented the mail plane landing at Ronaldsway.
Strong winds yesterday morning meant the aircraft had to return to the UK after circling over the Isle of Man Airport.
It also means inbound mail didn't reach the Island.
The Isle of Man Post Office says it hopes to deliver priority items today, while local mail remains unaffected.
