Invaluable experience for the trio
Three Manx students were presented certificates by Minister for Education and Children, Graham Cregeen, today (Wed) for their achievements at NASA this summer.
Jowi Szetu from Castle Rushen, Ciara Sowerby from Ballakermeen, and Will Farrant from Ramsey Grammar, spent two weeks at the NASA United Space School in Houston, Texas, in July.
This a once in a lifetime experience was funded by scholarships, which are awarded annually, from Island-based satellite firm, ManSat.
