A group of sixth formers from St Ninian's High School are back on the Island after the trip of a lifetime.
The 13 students went on a month long expedition to China and Tibet to experience the different cultures and ways of life.
During their visit, they stayed in Tibetan houses and monasteries, meeting locals and trying to learn some Tibetan and Chinese.
One student, Vicky Quayle, says they caused quite a stir during their stay:
