William King's Youth In Politics shortlisted for prize
A Castle Rushen High School student has been nominated for a Young ARIAS Radio Award for a programme he produced and presented on Manx Radio.
William King has been shortlisted in the best factual programme category.
His Youth In Politics documentary, which was broadcast over Christmas, looks at how young people in the Isle of Man engage with Manx politics, and included an interview with the Chief Minister and a survey of local A level students.
The award ceremony takes place at the BBC Theatre at Broadcasting House in London on 17 May.
