High praise for Manx artists
Three of the Island's aspiring amateur artists have been recognised for their achievements.
Fraser Rowe, Laeth Quellin and Joshua Molyneux have received a bursary worth £10,000 from the Isle of Man Arts Council.
Awards are given to students who are studying for an arts qualification.
Mr Rowe received the Jonathan Gollow Award for Performing Arts, and Miss Quellin picked up the Norman Sayle Award for Visual Art and Literature.
The Isle of Man Arts Council Award was given to Mr Molyneux who is studying for a Musical Theatre diploma at the Performance Preparation Academy.
